Serbus completes Executive Leadership Team

Two new appointments help drive ‘Connect and Protect’ strategy

The appointment of two new senior executives has completed the Executive Leadership Team at Serbus, our newly unified brand dedicated to connecting and protecting the UK’s critical national services.

Serbus builds and maintains secure, resilient communications infrastructure, across the core sectors of government, enterprise, health, defence, datacentre and industrial.

Jonathan Kay joins Serbus as Group Chief Finance Officer and Roddy Wilson joins as Chief Information and Security Officer (CISO). 

As Chief Finance Officer (CFO), Jonathan Kay has more than 25 years experience in financial leadership within private equity–back

ed technology businesses. Formerly Group CFO at Node4, he has operated across IT managed services and data centres,  acquiring and integrating multiple businesses and supporting several successful exits.

Chief Information and Security Officer, Roddy Wilson joins following more than 30 years’ experience in the British Army, serving as a senior Royal Signals officer, developing and delivering mission critical secure communication capabilities, enabling special operations and NATO missions worldwide.

The two latest appointments complete the company’s six strong Executive Leadership Team led by Group CEO Simon Fieldhouse.

The other key members of the Executive Leadership Team at Serbus are Chief Revenue Officer Max Baldwin who leads business growth strategy. He has previously led multiple high-profile UK technology and security-focused services growth at organisations including Airbus, KBR, NCC Group, and IBM; Chief Delivery Officer Paul Goodbrand, who  brings more than 30 years’ experience in delivering ICT managed services into target verticals including defence, health, utilities and data centres. He was previously a Divisional Managing Director at technology company, North; and HR Director Lesley Purdie, formerly HR Director at Telefónica Tech UK&I, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the organisation from 50 to 1,000+ employees.
