Aliter’s portfolio business, TXP, the systems integrator specialising in tech consulting, development and resourcing, has opened its new head office at The Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. The move marks the next step in TXP’s ambitious aim of doubling its headcount over the next three years, creating 100 new jobs, alongside further strategic acquisitions.

TXP offers end-to-end digital transformation through a combination of IT consultancy, technology development and people resourcing to address the evolving modernisation needs of mid-market organisations. TXP’s clients include The Shipowners Club, Phoebus Software and Beko. In addition, TXP has partnerships with global systems integrators such as Capgemini.

John Antunes, CEO of TXP, said, “The new head office enables TXP to take the next step in our journey. Our heritage in the area coupled with Birmingham’s leading position in the UK business landscape – and its potential for future innovation – makes Fort Dunlop the perfect location to support growth. We’re excited about the future and the opportunities ahead and believe we can make a real impact as TXP expands.”

Greig Brown, Partner, Aliter Capital said, “In recent years, we have invested significantly and successfully in digital transformation services. Drawing on the knowledge, understanding and experience we have gained in the sector, we very much look forward to working with the team at TXP to support and grow the business, including further acquisition activity”.
