SEASONED SUPPORT SERVICES PROFESSIONALS

ANDREW BUSBY
Andrew is highly experienced in the management of private equity investments, through the cycle from initiation to exit. He has served on a number of boards – including as a member of the buy in team at Europa Support Services, where he met and worked closely with Aliter’s other founders, Billy Allan, Greig Brown and Andy Galloway.
Andrew qualified as a chartered accountant in 1997 and spent his early career working in professional services firms including Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, advising multiple stakeholders to businesses, before moving to an investment role in private equity.
He joined H.I.G. Capital in 2007 as the US private equity firm established itself in Europe, investing in LBOs, turnaround and debt securities. After the successful exit of Europa to Bilfinger Berger, he joined Brookfield Asset Management, before setting up Aliter with the three other founding partners in 2017.
