Our model is to invest and focus on only a handful of core businesses.


That way, we can really devote time to working with and supporting management. Our investments are not just assets in a portfolio. Our goal is to help build outstanding support services businesses.
 

Most of our deals are done ‘off-market’. We don’t tend to compete in auctions to buy businesses.
 

We look for bright, ambitious leaders and management teams and we take time to get to know them. We discuss their goals and ambitions – for the business and for themselves.
