Greig Brown
Founding Partner
Greig has been building and running successful support services businesses for over 15 years and has been actively involved in leveraged buy-outs since 2008, working closely with private equity investors and high net worth individuals.
Like Billy Allan and Andy Galloway, Greig’s early career was at E.J. Stiell. He joined Stiell as an apprentice in 1986 and, by the time of its sale to Alfred McAlpine in 2002, was a Divisional Managing Director. He then became a Director of McAlpine’s Business Services division with responsibility for developing and delivering its growth strategy.
Greig has negotiated major contracts with values in excess of £50m per annum and has sat on Joint Venture Boards with FTSE 100 companies.
Greig then had a period as UK Managing Director of Emcor, before joining Europa Support Services as CEO in 2008. Over the following seven years he was responsible for generating significant growth – organically and through a series of acquisitions. This successful period culminated in the sale of Europa to Bilfinger in 2013.
Greig was also a Director of Partick Thistle Football Club.
