Eric has a range and depth of experience having worked closely for over 25 years with the directors and senior managers of ambitious growing companies in many sectors. The main focus of his work is strategic change and development and the implications for leaders. He has worked with the partners of Aliter in all of the companies they have led or invested in.

He supports the development of Aliter invested companies through:

  • The profiling of leaders and helping them bring their best to the needs and demands of dynamic high growth companies

  • Supporting the development of strong leadership teams at board and senior management level

  • The integration of companies and leadership teams post acquisition

  • Organisational design and development

  • The establishment of company ethos and culture aligned to the strategic goals and needs of the business

He also assists the partners of Aliter in the selection process for senior positions. He does this through psychometric profiling and bringing his in-depth experience of  working closely with scores of CEOs/MDs and other senior personnel.
