Over the last 20 years Andy has held Commercial Director roles at Stiell, Alfred McAlpine and Europa Support Services. Like Billy and Greig, he joined Stiell as an apprentice.
Working closely with the CEOs at Stiell, McAlpine and Europa, Andy has delivered significant bottom-line growth through profit improvement programmes. His forensic approach to procurement, contracts, operating cost analysis and risk management has earned him a reputation as one of the best commercial professionals in the sector.
Andy has been involved in the due diligence process in over 40 acquisitions, working closely with legal and financial professionals.
He has also led the internal legal, commercial and financial due diligence and integration programmes on a number of significant acquisitions and complex outsourcing contracts.
